Terms of Service

The service
Mandala displays advertising performance data for the ad accounts you already control — on Meta and on Google Ads — after you authenticate with the relevant provider and grant the requested read-only permissions. Each account is connected independently and used only to show you your own reporting.
Your responsibilities
- Only connect accounts and business assets you are authorized to access, whether on Meta or Google Ads.
- Keep your provider login credentials secure; Mandala never sees your password.
- Use the service in compliance with applicable law and with the terms of each connected provider — Meta's Platform Terms and Google's Terms of Service and Google Ads API policies.
Our commitments and limits
- Mandala requests read-only permissions and makes no changes to your ad accounts on any provider.
- Metrics are reported as returned by each provider's API (Meta Marketing API, Google Ads API); we do not guarantee their accuracy or availability.
- The service is provided "as is", without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mandala is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You can stop using Mandala at any time by disconnecting an account (which revokes the permissions granted) or by removing Mandala from your Meta or Google account settings. We may suspend the service for maintenance or if these terms are violated.
